What is Mekonah?
        MEK'ONAH
        (base, or standing-place), a place in the South of Palestine near Ziklag. Neh 11:28. Reland locates it 8 miles from Eleutheropolis, on the way to Jerusalem, and Conder suggests Mekenna, north of Beit Jibrin, as its site.
