What is Kanah?
        KA'NAH
(place of reeds). 1. A town in the district of Asher, Josh 19:28; now a village, 'Ain Kana, 6 miles south-east of Tyre. 2. A river forming the boundary between Ephraim and Manasseh, Josh 16:8; Josh 17:9. Robinson identifies it with the present Wady Kanah, which rises 7 miles south-east of Nablus and enters the sea just above Jaffa; while Schwartz identifies it with the present Wady el-Khanah, "the reedy river," which rises close to Nablus and flows more northerly to the sea.
