Brief Summary: Abram desires a son, the LORD promises a broom that his seed will be the same number as the stars in heaven, Abram believes God's promise, Abram learns that his seed will be strangers in Egypt, and then after four generations they will escape Egypt with great prosperity and will inherit the land of Canaan.
