In ancient times flutes or pipes were very popular and
made of bone, reed, ivory or metal.
The Bible mentions
a lot regarding Praise and "Thanksgiving"
Isaiah 51:3 - For the
LORD shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and
he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the
garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein,
thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.
Leviticus 22:29 - And when ye will offer a sacrifice of
thanksgiving unto the LORD, offer [it] at your own will.
Psalms
147:7 - Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving;
sing praise upon the harp unto our God:
Revelation 7:12 - Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and
