| Question. In reading the geneology of Jesus, it goes back 46 generations to the original creation of man which is supposed to be 2,000 years. That means that man-kind is only 4,000 years old. That has been proven many times over to be wrong. Corpses have been found buried in ice that are 10,000 years old and older. How is this reconciled? |

They have been told repeatedly growing up that the bible is good, so it never occurs to them that it isn't. Yes, you are correct in saying that. If we were not all descended from Adam we would not be able to be saved, for as in the first Adam all die, so in the Last Adam (Jesus) are all made alive again. Genesis 5:4 answers where Cain's wife (heck, and Seth's wife too) came from. Also, "Question. Firstly, its not 2,000 years, it is aprox. 6,000 years since God created heavens and earth, and Christ's geneology goes back to Abraham. The Table of Nations (Gen. 10-11) is from the Flood to Abraham, and Gen 5 is from Adam to Noah. All of their dates are given. It is a simple task of adding them up. Furthermore, human history (outside of the Bible) itself is only 4-5,000 years old. What they did was find humans buried in ice. Most of the ways they date things today are messed up because of bad assumptions to begin with, thus they get bad results. | Depends on which version you read, the WORD for WORD or THOUGHT for THOUGHT versions. Beware !!! of the thought for thought bibles such as NIV. There are many corruptions in it. You shall but it is worthy? What ever we do, where ever we are 2+2 and 2x2 always will be 4 and the Bible always will be The Truth. The sciences go around in circles to prove the Bible is wrong, and after times and times archaeologists are finding new biblical sites, geologists, biologists new facts what support what is written in the Word. Their biggest argument is about time, but time is relative, God is not. He is unchangeable, stable and truth. He was, He is and He will be. The knowledge what comes for Bible is the eternal knowledge, but we shall not force people to take it. God wants people to enjoy for life and have a great relationship with them. The Bible is a guideline for life but many of us wander years around, and got lost till we understand we shall just walk easily if we let ourselves to lead by Jesus. It takes many heart breaks and suffers to bow our head. I put myself in many bad situations in the years; beat my spirit and pride just to avoid the way of God. I was so “educated” and “open minded” I could not open up the Bible to see the freedom, education and the truth. With only one head bow, give up, we shall prevent many troubles, sleepless nights but for some reason we only can commit ourselves to our Father just after a total destruction and crash of our soul. The Bible is shelter, encyclopedia and light because it is dictated by God and a message to His people. |

| I think it holds the key to the history of man, among many other things. In it we find the capstone of all ancient histories of man. The truth from which they all emanate in their imperfect forms. This humanistic theory of evolution and materialism is not grounded in empirical observation, but rather imaginative guesswork and ignorance of ancient human history.
